At Dreamy Happy Store, we take great care in inspecting and packing each product before dispatch. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless –
* The product is damaged,
* The product is defective or
You have received an incorrect item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for In-transit damage to fragile items such as sippers, clocks, mirrors, etc.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return –
* The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
* You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
* 🎬 360° Unboxing Video is Mandatory
Please record a clear, continuous video from the moment the sealed parcel is shown until the product is fully unpacked and checked. The video must include –
* A clear view of the shipping label/docket number.
* Full unsealing and checking of the product (no cuts or breaks).
* Displaying any damage/defect or missing items clearly.
* The working condition of the item, if applicable.
❌ No return or exchange request will be accepted without this unboxing video.
❌ Complaints about missing products will not be accepted without proper video proof.
📦 Upon Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours and include your unboxing video, and a photo of the product received .
This helps us evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

If your product qualifies for return –
